FAQ

I work alone as a guide. Is it for me?

Yes. Tourloop isn't just for companies: as a solo guide you get your own booking page, one calendar for your channels and a cash box – all from your phone. The Start plan is made for this, and you can add the WhatsApp bot or the GYG/Viator connection as add-ons.

Do I need IT help or training?

No. A wizard walks you through setup, and every part of the app has an interactive tour. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Tourloop.

Do I really not need Bókun or another channel manager?

You don't. GetYourGuide and Viator bookings come straight into Tourloop, and availability is updated everywhere.

Is it only for vehicle tours?

No. Tourloop works with vehicles, seats, rental gear, pilots and simple headcount – from quads to tandem paragliding, boat trips and walking tours.

We're a paragliding company and the weather matters a lot. What about rebooking?

If you can't fly, move the bookings in a few clicks and message guests with a ready-made template in their own language. Pilots see the updated day on their phones right away.

Will I pay more if I get more bookings?

No. The fee doesn't depend on how many bookings you take or how much you earn – it's the same in high season. You only need to change plan if you need more devices or users.

What happens after the trial?
